This decorative tin plate's design is taken from a Feuillet (Paris) porcelain plate in the Sévres style, c.1830. It is one of a dessert service acquired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire (1790-1858) and is on display in the Great Dining Room at Chatsworth. Food safe. Hand wash. 10" diameter.
