On both sides is a swallow in flight above a branch of roses. The swallow was considered daring, risk-seeking, and a symbol of change for good in the future. It also meant “Everlasting love” and “loyalty” as swallows mate for life. It opens to reveal two areas for photographs. What a lovely sentiment to pass on to someone that you love. C. 1901-1910
