Pair of Antique White and Gold Staffordshire Dogs, early 18th century.  Staffordshire dog figurines are matching pairs of pottery spaniel dogs, standing guard, which were habitually placed on mantelpieces in 19th-century homes.  Measures 10" tall x 7.5" wide x 4.5" deep.
