Nothing quite compares to traveling by train in India. The exotic allure, captivating sites and enchanting energy are beyond reproach. Some of our favorite moments were spent over a cup of Chai carefully prepared by Chaiwalas. After gathering spices and teas at the local market they would brew the chai and sell weary travelers a cup as the train made its short stop at the station. We couldn't wait to see them! This is our take on a traditional Masala Chai we enjoyed somewhere between New Delhi and Punjab.
