Today a national landmark, the berlingot was created almost 800 years ago, by the pastry chef of pope clement v! The paste is cooked in copper cauldrons before being worked by hand (usually on a marble table) this gives to the berlingot its unique consistency once it cools down… Made in France
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier : citric acid, natural flavor, fruit and vegetable juice (carrot, hibiscus)
