The Noël à Paris collection was inspired by our Chief Chocolatiers’ passion for Bissinger’s 350 years of excellence. King Louis XIV has engaged Bissinger’s, his Confiseur Imperial (Confectioner to the Empire), to craft the most exquisite chocolates to be served at his party. In the spirit of this festive season each confection was inspired by many famous Parisian holiday flavors to represent Christmas in Paris.
