French 19th Century Metal Chapeau Bicorne Shop Sign

A rare example of a late 19th Century toleware hand painted hat makers trade sign. In the form of a Bicorn hat, this metal example would have been positioned outside a shop doorway to promote the hatmakers services.  Measures:  22" high x 22" wide x 22" deep.
